Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your engagement with PR Design for web design and development services. By proceeding with a project, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before we begin work together.

1. Services

PR Design provides custom website design, development, and launch services for businesses in Thailand and internationally. The specific scope of work for each project is outlined in the proposal and confirmed prior to project kickoff.

Our standard service includes: discovery call, design mockups, development, revisions, and final launch. Any work outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees, which will be communicated before the work begins.

2. Payment Terms

A deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required before any design or development work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to the live website launch.

Payments are accepted via bank transfer or other methods agreed upon at the time of engagement. Projects will not proceed to the next phase until the relevant payment has been received.

All fees are in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated. Quoted prices include VAT where applicable.

3. Revisions

Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions to the design and one round of revisions to the developed website. A revision round covers reasonable adjustments to layout, content, and styling based on your feedback.

Requests for significant scope changes, additional pages, or new features beyond the original brief are considered out-of-scope and will be quoted separately.

4. Client Responsibilities

To deliver your project on time, we require:

  • All content (text, images, logos, brand assets) provided within 5 business days of project start
  • Timely feedback at each review stage (within 3 business days)
  • A designated point of contact on your side for approvals

Delays caused by late content delivery or feedback may affect the agreed timeline. PR Design is not responsible for project delays resulting from client-side delays.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full and final payment, all design files and website code created specifically for your project become your property.

PR Design retains the right to display the completed website in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing prior to launch.

Any third-party assets used in your project (stock photography, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses. We will advise you of any ongoing license fees required for these assets.

6. Hosting and Maintenance

PR Design launches websites on a platform suitable for your needs. Post-launch hosting costs are the client's responsibility unless a maintenance or hosting package has been separately agreed.

We are not responsible for website downtime, data loss, or security breaches that occur after the project has been handed over and accepted.

7. Cancellation

If you choose to cancel a project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs after more than 50% of the work is complete, the full project fee may be invoiced based on work completed to that point.

8. Limitation of Liability

PR Design's liability in connection with any project is limited to the total fees paid for that project. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, business, or data.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (enquiry volume, sales, search rankings) as these depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version displayed on this page with the "Last updated" date is the version in effect. Continuing to engage our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
